Breathing is an instrument of healing and well-being. Yogic breathing known as Pranayama (meaning control of our life force), will improve your asana practice, bring balance to your nervous system, enhance your ability to meditate, and calm emotional reactivity. We can achieve a calm state of mind, if we regulate our breath and integrate its awareness into everyday life.
