In Power Yoga, you lift and hold your entire body’s weight to develop long, lean muscles that hug onto your bones. Use core muscles that work together to support your spine and pelvis, to provide balance and stability, and generate power to lift and move the body as a single functional unit.
Use your breath as a key component to working with your core and developing inner strength. Plenty of warm-up, stretching, and rest is included between sequences.
