Qi Gong is a series of coordinated body postures, flowing movement and breathing techniques that can improve well-being by opening blockages in the acupuncture points along the meridians to energize healthy Qi = Life Energy.

In this workshop you will learn how to:

  • Move slowly, but with intention and power
  • Find stillness even while moving
  • Energize your Qi from the inside out

Ingrid will guide you through a set of warm-up exercises, Qi Gong movements, body tapping and a meditation to help reduce physical discomfort, promote calmness, transform your energy and offer a sense of peace and joy.
