Chair Yoga Teacher Training
Join us to become a skilled chair yoga instructor and make a positive impact with SPECIAL GUEST, Michael Anjaneya Hutkins. As our society ages, many people can’t participate in standard yoga classes. Chair yoga helps students build strength, awareness, and confidence, enhancing their physical and mental well-being.

What You’ll Learn:
**Class Techniques: Teach 30-60 min chair yoga classes.
**Specialized Groups: Tailor for those with Alzheimer’s, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, veterans, people living in wheelchairs, people living with Parkinson’s, and limited mobility.
**Office Workers: Adapt chair yoga for workplace settings.
Aging & Yoga:
Anatomy: Understand the physical aspects of aging.
Mental Health: Explore mental aspects and challenges of aging.
Philosophy: Integrate yoga philosophy into aging.
You Will Receive:
15 Hours used for CEU’s with Yoga Alliance or toward RYT500 at the Yoga Center
60-page manual with photos included in print or PDF format
Michael Anjaneya Hutkins is a registered Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist- C-IAYT. He has been sharing yoga with seniors since his first teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Camp in 2008 and has been training teachers in chair yoga for the past 10 years to help bring the benefits of yoga to people who can not access traditional classes.
