Creative Relaxation:: Yoga for Autism & Special Needs

Creative Relaxation® may be used with all children, but the emphasis of the training will be teaching children with autism spectrum disorder, Asperger’s, ADHD, sensory processing disorders, anxiety, and other special needs.

For yoga teacher, therapists, and educators. CEU’s for C-IAYT’s, RYT’s, OT’s, & OTA’s.

Sunday, January 26 from 9am – 5pm

Improve your skills in effective communication, class management, averting meltdowns, and assessment. Creating a safe environment and the use of a visual curriculum are emphasized in this training. You will learn and practice teaching yoga postures and therapeutic routines for use in public schools, private sessions, and parent-child classes. Of course HAVING FUN will be a main focus! Mindful movement and self-regulation techniques for all ability levels.
