Mindfulness is a simple, powerful practice, which helps us connect with the inner resources of wisdom and compassion. As we shift from reacting to responding, we draw on the qualities of kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. Thus we develop resilience, the ability to live a more balanced and loving life.
Engage in guided mindfulness and compassion exercises, gentle movements to foster body awareness and the release of tension and stress, and receive expert guidance on maintaining balance in body, mind, and heart amidst challenging times.
