This 12 hour course focuses on teaching yoga and mindfulness to children using songs and music to bring fun to your classes. It will include:

• A variety of engaging songs, practical tools and musical activities to create inspirational kids yoga and mindfulness experiences.
• Mindfulness exercises and yoga activities that can calm and soothe children anytime, anywhere.
• How to create your own mindfulness moments, including management techniques, so you can personalize teaching in your classrooms.

Mireia Canudas, RYT 500, combines her love of travel and yoga. Born in Barcelona, currently living in Amsterdam, she holds a BA in Physical Education and has over 20 years teaching in public and private schools. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2014. As a YoMu Master Coach, she conducts the mindfulness in movement programs in Europe, North America and Latin America.
