Your Teachers – Louise Goldberg ERYT500 and Melissa D’Errico ERYT500
Louise is a certified yoga therapist with over 40 years of experience teaching yoga. She is the owner/director of the Yoga Center of Deerfield Beach and author of Yoga Therapy for Children with Autism and Special Needs and Classroom Yoga Breaks. Louise teaches Hatha and Gentle Yoga and Yoga Philosophy and directs the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yoga Center. She leads trainings internationally in Creative Relaxation® for educators of children with diverse challenges and leads international yoga retreats. Her keen understanding of the body and love of movement create a teaching style of warmth, compassion, and intelligence.
Melissa is the assistant studio manager of the Yoga Center and attributes the start of her yogic journey to her lifelong love of movement. She holds special certifications in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Yin Yoga, Mindfulness, and Creative Relaxation for Children with Autism and Special Needs. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner and a strong believer in the role of energy work. Melissa is currently training to be a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Effortlessly sharing these ancient teachings in accessible ways is her superpower.
